Yes. You must be 21 or older, and you will be asked to confirm your email address before you can sign in — open the link we send and come back to the app.
Check your spam folder first; BrewTrails is a new sender and the first message often lands there. The confirmation screen has a Send it again button. If you mistyped the address, tap Use a different email and start over — a confirmation cannot reach an address that does not exist.
Tick Remember me when you sign in and BrewTrails saves a device-only sign-in behind Face ID or Touch ID, valid for 30 days. Your password is never stored. Signing out clears it.
Add breweries to a trail and BrewTrails orders the stops and shows travel time between them. You can reorder stops or add collaborators.
Check in at a stop to record the visit. Rate beers from the tap list, add a photo, leave a comment. A check-in with missing details appears in Needs Details so you can finish it later.
Your privacy settings decide. A private profile limits your activity to people you approve. Brewery owners can read comments left at their brewery without any name attached — they see what was said, not who said it, unless you and the owner follow each other.
Every trail screen offers a ride to the next stop, and a ride home when the trail ends. Save a home address in Settings → Rides, or tap Going somewhere else? to send the ride anywhere. Confirm the drop-off in the ride app before you travel — address lookup is not perfect.
Settings → Rides → Home address. You can also remove it there. It is never shown to other users.
Settings → Delete account. Permanent. It removes your profile, check-ins, ratings, photos, trails you created, and any claim documents you uploaded, and releases any brewery you own so another owner can claim it. Photos published for a brewery you managed stay with that brewery.
Find your brewery and tap Claim, or go to Settings → Claim Your Brewery. Prove ownership with a document — a TTB notice, licence, or utility bill, photographed with the in-app scanner — or by confirming a code sent to an address on your brewery's own domain.
Usually within a day. An automated check reads your document first, but a person makes every decision. Check Settings → Claim Status — it shows the outcome, and the reason if it was declined.
The reason is on the claim status screen. Most declines are a document that does not name the brewery, or one that proves a purchase rather than ownership. Fix what it says and claim again.
One account manages all of them. With two or more, Manage Brewery opens a list — pick one to see its dashboard. Claim another from Settings → Claim Another Brewery.
From the dashboard: about text, hours, phone, website, amenities, tap list, specials, and photos. Choose any photo as your banner from Photos.
Respond to Check-Ins shows comments left at your brewery, without names. Your reply appears in the visitor's own thread, and on the check-in so you can see what you said.
